Milen was born in Veliko Tarnovo,Bulgaria. He received his training at FC Etar Youth Academy. Milen played six years at semi-professional level in Bulgaria.
He has been coaching soccer for oven 10 years and has experience working with competitive teams from U8 to U18.
In May 2016 Milen completed his UEFA B license. He also holds USSF B license and Advanced National Diploma from NSCAA.
Milen earned his Master's degree from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia,Bulgaria.
