Managers Set-Up Guide for TeamSnap

PFC Administration will create an account for each of our teams. Team Managers will receive the initial invitation/confirmation email from the club. After receiving the email confirmation Managers can use the Guide below to help set-up your team account.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. From the invitation email, click on the link and set-up a TeamSnap account. You can access your team by creating a new login or by signing in with an existing login.

2. Once you are logged in, you should add each player on your team to the roster and invite them to join the team. We suggest importing the entire team at once instead of adding players one by one. Here is the Getting Started Guide and info on how to add a new player.

3. Invite players to your team and in the invitation text, include the link to the Parent/Player Walk-through Guide for setting up their account.

4. After inviting players to your team, finish the Getting Started Guide. If you have further questions or issues with a specific section, TeamSnap has a very robust Help Guide Section with a variety of guides on specific issues.
